Roosevelt International Academy - CMO / Product Writing
RIA is an international high school study abroad program that offers a unique hybrid live/study model. Their comprehensive program provides individualized tutoring, extra-curricular support, and study plans nearly guaranteed to result in top-level college acceptance. I led a team conducting 8 months of user research with recruiters, parents and students based in Beijing and Providence, RI. What we learned led to a complete redesign of the company from vision, to strategy and messaging. This manifested in a complete rewrite of recruitment materials that would appeal to both parents and students, with separate messaging for Chinese speakers and English speakers.
